Having been involved for many years in the field of electronic invoicing, ITESOFT have taken a step forward with the new edition of its Procure-to-Pay offer which notably includes several new turnkey connectors making it possible to manage more invoice formats from more national regulators
ITESOFT announce the availability of the new edition of its Cloud application for supplier invoice processing. Among the new features, this edition, now available, further extends the support for electronic invoices.
An evolution that resonates immediately while everywhere in the world (Brazil, Italy, Spain, Turkey, UK, France …), the electronic invoice is developing – with new formats and via new governmental exchange platforms in a mode known as “clearance”.
The most extensive and efficient invoice capture
With 20 years of experience in the digitisation of supplier invoices, ITESOFT already offered its customers the possibility of processing not only paper invoices but also electronic (Fiscal and non-Fiscal EDI, XML, PDF, Invoice-X …).
The new generation solution, Streamline for Invoices, capitalises on these years of experience in omnichannel capture and now integrates as standard the brand-new connectors developed by ITESOFT for several of its international customers. These turnkey connectors meet the new Italian and Turkish standards for the exchange of electronic invoices in a “clearance” context.
Thus, Streamline for Invoices has both the most extensive omnichannel invoice capture, paper and electronic, including via the “clearance” channel, and the most efficient on the market (85% automation guaranteed / 92% observed in production) thanks to its robots and exclusive AI algorithms.
Ready for new electronic invoice legislations
With the successful integration of Italian and Turkish connectors and with Spain to follow shortly, ITESOFT has fully embraced the issue of new exchange standards for electronic invoices based on the clearance model.
This unique expertise, acquired by ITESOFT in countries that have already implemented this new model, fully demonstrates the ability of the Streamline for Invoices solution to accommodate any new type of electronic invoice.
An adaptability recognised by users of the solution, such as Rachel Finkeksztejn, Administrative and Finance Director at Lidl:
“Implementing ITESOFT Streamline for Invoices meets, among others, an objective of taking into account the regulatory changes that require BtoB relationships to be fully digital”.
Frédéric Massy, Marketing Director at ITESOFT, underlines:
“To cope with the multiple regulations, companies must prepare now to process all invoice flows, through all channels, in all formats. This is what we deliver with the best omnichannel capture technologies on the market and the continued development of turnkey connectors embedded in Streamline for Invoices.”
